The “Berner Fachhochschule” is an University of Applied Sciences in Bern, Switzerland. This stamp originates from the branch library for economics (Wirtschaft). The stamp is close to become overwhelming in that it is a little big to massive and agitated. This seems to stem from the uneven shape of the different words on top of the stamp. From “BFHW” (the acronym), which is just in a straigth line, to “Bibliothek” (library) that is slightly bent to “Wirtschaft” (economics) which is bent into a half a circle there seems to be a movement in the stamp itself. Something seems to try to move, grounded in the bottom of the stamp itself.
Even in the context of a (bigger) title page, the movement to the top seems to be noticeable.
